What’s included in your coaching program?
Coaching includes a fully customized training plan aligned to your goals, lifestyle, and data insights. You’ll also receive nutrition support, guidance on sleep and stress management, detailed performance feedback, and frequent check-ins via app and messaging. It is a holistic approach to sustainable, high-performance living.
How does online coaching work?
This is based on the client, everything from a tailored inclusive mobile app, email, text, phone calls, video calls, or in-person are all options, as is a combination of those. During our initial discussions, this will be agreed upon such that you get your tailored workouts, a convenient way to log your nutrition and recovery metrics, and message me for feedback or adjustments.
I’m not a competitive athlete — is this still right for me?
Absolutely. While I coach many endurance athletes, I also work with professionals and everyday high-performers who want to feel better, build resilience, and take control of their health. My coaching practice and experience covers the entire spectrum of ages and performance levels.
